Book Women: Reading Beyond Our Doors

Boy Scout Troop 36
Young men, ages 11 to 17, are invited to join the Boy Scouts of America at Central. Boy Scouts is the largest leadership development organization for young men, with extra focus on outdoor activities. Visit www.scouting.org for additional information about Boy Scouts of America. A social group who love the game of bridge. Two rounds are played before lunch and two after lunch. Bring your own lunch. Meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 10:30-2 or 3:00 in room 301. Contact, Doris Thibedeau.
Girl Scout Troop 4598
This is a multi level Troop providing a high quality scouting experience for girls of all ages. The Troop plans one Saturday activity each month and participates in council sponsored events, community service projects, Parents Night Out, and various fundraising activities. Knit One, Crochet Too
Join others who knit or crochet for a time of fellowship and book discussion over the needles and hooks. Newcomers and those wanting to learn how to knit or crochet are welcome. Meets weekly year round, Tuesdays from 10:30-noon in the church lounge. Contact, Jackie Baker.
Those who have lost someone dear to them are invited to join others who have experienced loss by sharing memories, support and friendship. Meets 3rd Wednesday of the month from 4:00-5:15 pm. in the lounge. Contact, Beth Whiting.
Men's Breakfast Group
This is a fellowship group composed of older church members and friends. Younger men are also encouraged to join them for breakfast and good conversation at the Traverse City Elks Lodge on Bay Street at 8:30am on the first Wednesday of each month except January and July. Women's Book Group
