Designed to engage the youth with a topic that they understand and that is relevant to their world, then, takes them deeper into Bible study, equipping them to evaluate their culture with a biblical perspective.  Leader:  Aaron Edick.

Sunday Night:

8th Grade Credo Confirmation
September 11 - April 29 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall

A Credo confirmation experience curriculum will encompass 18 lessons, 3 overnight retreats and several service projects.
Confirmation is an opportunity for young people to affirm the faith into which they were baptized as well as to create an awareness of how God is and has been at work in their lives. The Credo curriculum is grounded in three core principles; confirmation is the continuation of one’s faith journey, confirmands must be fully engaged in the life of the church, and they should emerge from this experience prepared for a life of Christian discipleship.
A devoted leadership team has been working hard to make this a rewarding and meaningful time of spiritual growth for students, leaders, mentors and parents alike.  A kick-off session will start with youth and their parents on Sunday, September 11.  A snack supper will be served as an overview is given for the 8 month class.   Contact
Ann Porter for more information.
