Young men, ages 7 to 18, are invited to join the Boy Scouts of America at Central United Methodist Church in Traverse City. Boy Scouts is the largest leadership development organization for young men, with extra focus on outdoor activities.
Boy Scouts (ages 11 to 18) meet Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at Central Church located at 222 Cass St. Cub Scouts (ages 7 to 10) have not yet set their meeting time during the week. Boy Scout - Troop 36

Meets Thurdays at 7:00 p.m.
Boy Scout Troop 36 will host an annual "Lumberjack" Pancake Breakfast fundraiser on Sunday, February 10th in conjunction with Boy Scout Sunday at Central Methodist Church. The pancake breakfast will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Freewill offering will be taken at the breakfast. Proceeds will assist in funding troop activities for the year, including scholarships for a high adventure. Central Methodist has sponsored Scouting for over 70 years. Young men between the ages of 7 to 18 are welcome and encouraged to join in the fun.
