Communion with Self and Other : A workshop about connection Woman’s Retreat

Explore Experience Embody - Join Kelly Forrester, MS, LPC for a day of personal discovery and nourishment for self and soul. Through meaningful conversation, guided journaling and improvisational movement, Kelly will blend concepts of social neuroscience with experiential activities to explore and expand our sense of connection and belonging.

Learn more about Kelly Forrester by visiting her website.  Attendees will need to wear comfortable, layered clothing to move in, a journal to write in, water, and a sense of play. Cost is $25 for the retreat, including lunch, financial assistance is available.
