Please add Jayden, my grandson and Frank, my son-in-law to prayers for safety. Black men in a large city who I pray for the shield of God to surround them everyday. Thank you
Janes message hits the mark! We ALL need to change and become so that the Lord’s world becomes and is as he has directed.
As an activist since the fifties, its hard to believe we have not moved forward more. Perhaps its an ever changing world, which as it grows our attempts at unity become more complex…..and we must continue to look inside and represent our love and appreciation for diversity so that it is a model for others. I could go on and on….Just thank you so much, Jane….You are a model in so many ways. Thank you. We love you!
Thank you Jane for speaking your truth. This last week I too realized my own racism. It rocked me as I never saw myself that way. I don’t know what to do yet and have begun to educate myself and to listen to the experience of my black and brown friends.
We thank Jane for the wonderful message. We intend to continue our own efforts to make a difference in the racially divided world we occupy. It will take many of us never forgetting, many of us recognizing our own shortcomings, many of us working.
Blessings of of peace,
Each Sunday I connect with the traditional service. Today was particularly meaningful because I have mixed race grandchildren. When my parents and I joined marches in the 60′ we never dreamed the fight would still be going on now.
Thanks for worship, especially for Jane’s poignant message to all of us. We are grateful. Tia and Walter watched the 11:00 service at home. We so look forward to these services. Thank you to all who make it possible.
Steven Terry here again. Sorry, what I had MEANT to Say was that I had gotten My Amazon-Fire Stick Figured out!
Also, glad to see that the Protests’s on the Parkway have been Peaceful. Keep up the Good Work.

Although I’m generally too lazy to sign in, I have enjoyed participating in broadcast of the traditional worship service each week.
