Thank you, Chris, for reminding us of the importance that we are a connectional church. Susan, thank you for your passionate renditions of the songs of the oppressed. Really beautiful!
“The Caring Presence” – that awareness recalled again…
I’m reminded of the “Wire Monkeey” psychology experiments of the 60’s, with rhesus monkeys.
When left alone, the lttle critters would cuddle with a wire “mama” monkey for affectionbetter than nothing!
It explains somewhat the feeling so many of us are experiencing of needing togetherness and touch.
We risk being together because of that need.
We rejoice at the togetherness of Zoom meetings, because you are so right, Pastor Chris.
We can touch one another through our eyes, through our pens, with our voice on the phone…
Another great service during difficult times, thanks to each one participating. Susan Steele’s musical presentation a spiritual experience for me, God bless us, far and near.
Good Morning friends!
Thanks for joining us today – please be sure to drop a comment so we know you’re with us!
