Hello from a Rainy San Antonio. Glad to get the Advent Season off to a Rousing Service! Thank You, Pastors Chris and Linda.
With all that is going on in this country should there not be some preaching on hate? We are going to celebrate the birth of Jesus in a few weeks. He taught us to love our neighbors and even our enemies. There needs to be some words from the Bible telling people that they must not get upset if they are cut-off in traffic, happen to push them in the store, we have to w in line, and be honest by not stealing. Perhaps the church could lead the way back to a civil society. Love beats all evil. Jeremiah is a good read as to what happened to Israel when they started to do evil in the sight of God. I see a parallel. Why should we be any different.
